Welcoming and clean, very good location.
The family room was generous in size and looked great. Unfortunately, both the double bed and the single bed was very uncomfortable. We didn’t have a very restful night.

Didn't have breakfast but our evening meal was okay.
No was no shower products in the bathroom which was a bit unusual for a hotel so would say they should consider offering these and no cover lid on the toilet which was most unusual

Breakfast adequate but could have been more choice, eg yogurt, pastries.

Pillows, were flat and hard.
Onky toiletries 2 small soaps.
