A Wonderful Group Stay by the Vatican

Great location just steps from the Vatican, with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group, and the host was helpful and easy to communicate with.

Le seul atout proximité des lieux historiques sinon la communication laisse à désirer

L’emplacement a été le plus fort (et presque unique) atout de cet appartement : la proximité du Vatican (aussi bien de la basilique que des musées), des restaurants, des bus et métro, divers commerces. L’appartement spacieux et confortable et nous avons apprécié le billard

Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié la négligence des gestionnaires de l’appartement qui m’ont informée tardivement de la façon d’accéder à l’appartement (au moment où on prend l’avion depuis une destination assez lointaine on aimerait avoir l’assurance que l’appartement est un vrai et qu’il est prêt ). Par la suite nous avions un problème de l’air climatisé (avec 35-38°C dehors c’est vital) et de l’eau chaude (qui ne fonctionnait pas). Ici aussi la communication a été bancale, voire inexistante et finalement le propriétaire /l’agence n’a pas voulu être présent. Pour cette attitude de « je m’en foutisme » je donne la note - 10 (très négative). En ce qui concerne l’appartement, les luminaires sont mal pensés car c’est très tamisé partout, limite sombre, on manque des lampes de chevet, lire le soir a été très fatiguant.
