The apartment is located on the riverbank in a block that has a secure entrance with intercom, access elevators for both people and an elevator for access to the underground parking lot, but car access is quite difficult because it is located behind the building in an area with destroyed streets, a construction site, with access from only one side, which you can find if you are lucky.
The interior facilities are as shown in the images on Booking.com. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room and kitchen area with an extendable sofa bed, and a terrace with city/mountain views.
I was surprised when I received the self-check-in instructions from the owner and saw that the location was not the one I found on Booking.com.
It's true that it's not very far, but one of the reasons we chose this apartment was the proximity to the central pedestrian area so we could easily access the restaurant without a car. We knew we would arrive late and needed this. I solved the problem by going to the restaurant first and then to the accommodation.
The sofa sheets, even though they were placed on the bed somewhat folded, looked like they had already been used.
I think it would be worth using a professional laundry service or having them ironed. In the bathroom there is a hot water boiler that is not efficient for a family of 4 and the shower deserves a little attention to cleanliness.

Lepo uređen stan i prostran stan sa svim sto je potrebno.
U oglasu pise da postoji parking mesto u garazi ali nismo imali pristup istom. Vec smo tumarali 20ak min gde i kako da parkiramo, dok nam se vlasnica nije javila i posla snimak gde da parkiramo. Prizemlje zgrade sve se cuje u hodniku i napolju sta se desava.

Location, modern facilities, the owner was responsive.
It was not clean enough (apart from sheets everything else could have been cleaned better. The parking in the garage did not materialise (the garage doors were out od order, this may not be the fault of the host)
