Element by Marriott San Diego Chula Vista

Brand new! Only opened 2 weeks ago. Good location with lots of eateries nearby. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Truly, they addressed our questions and offered very helpful suggestions to make our evening go more smoothly at the concert venue.

Well it’s so new that they are literally building the plane as they’re flying it. Most things and amenities are all there, it’s a beautiful facility. There were just a few things that need to be fine tuned: the outlet in our room to the right of the bed was connected to the lamp in off switch…. Sometimes. May need to check that wiring. Also, breakfast needs to be more accessible with a buffet table vs the singular window where a chef cooks and dishes out, one by one, each serving. Took a long time to get our breakfast and get our day going. But we LOVE the emphasis on healthy foods!
