The location is good - still around a 20min walk from the city center but that was not a problem even with a kid. The room is definitely designed for 2, but it does offer capacity for 4 - tight but achievable. The area is quiet so you can get a nice sleep and the room is comfortable, providing necessities like kettle, tea and coffee.
The size - but as I said, this is apartment for 2 so I can't complain about that.Everything else was good as expected.

The owner was extremely helpful. The stay was comfortable, and the room, as seen in the photos, was spacious.
The floor under the sofa bed was not swept when we checked in; however, it was still good enough to stay for 10 days.

The room itself was nice - just like the photos
The sofa bed was made up on arrival
The bedding was nice quality and the bed was comfortable
It was very hot but they had provided a fan which was appreciated
This is not a b&b - it felt like a hostel on arrival
A guest was leaning out of the front door when we arrived and simply let us in
The entrance hall, stairs and landing were grubby, unclean and unwelcoming
Each room has a silver digital lock on and the code was emailed to me a couple of days before arrival.
I was Unable to lock the bedroom door from the inside so felt unsafe and unsettled in the night.
We were in room 8 which had 2 windows. It was very hot so we wanted to keep them open. However one of the windows had a fire escape next to it, with a platform and an external set of stairs so again this made me feel unsettled so I closed the window
Parking was difficult in the area. I parked around the corner. But this was restricted as you needed a resident permit to park between 9am and 5pm
