The Forest- Thornwood

The room and bed linen were exceptionally clean. The accommodation was comfortable, and tea- and coffee-making facilities were available. I had a pleasant stay.

Kitchen was not available.

My stay at The Forest - Thornwood was really lovely! It's a great location just outside the centre of Cambridge, with a lovely 10 minute walk through the park and along the river to get to the city centre. There's a bus stop right in front of the door, as well as a small supermarket across the street. Communication with the hosts was really smooth and lovely; they're really nice people and reply very quickly. It's all self check in, which went great. I got the attic room, which is on the smaller side, but I didn't mind at all; it was quite nostalgic to me. There's no kitchen or such, but the hosts communicated this to me and it didn't cause me any trouble. Only thing that could be an improvement to the room would be a mini-fridge or such to keep some refridgerated items, but otherwise I'm happy and had a lovely stay!
