The location is absolutely fantastic, right in front of the Spanish Steps, making it an incredibly central and convenient place to stay in Rome. As two girls travelling together, we also felt very safe in the area, which was a major factor for us and made the stay even more comfortable. Alberto was extremely kind and helpful, guiding us smoothly through both check-in and check-out. The apartment was very comfortable, and the building itself was surprisingly quiet despite being in such a central location. We would definitely recommend this space to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again on our next visit!
The second bedroom is slightly smaller than first but we were okay with that!

Absolutely fantastic stay in the heart of Rome! Just across the street from the Spanish Steps, the apartment sits amid the gentle hum of cobblestone streets, where the scent of fresh espresso drifts from nearby cafés and the city’s history feels alive at every corner. The suite itself was immaculate, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, with soft linens, a full load of cold water in the fridge, a stock of nespresso capsules for that early morning espresso, and every modern comfort thoughtfully provided. It felt both luxurious and super convenient next to the high street shops and within walking distance of all major Roman landmarks.
Our landlord Alberto was exceptionally helpful and responsive, making everything feel effortless from arrival to departure. A truly memorable stay—We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!
