The location was perfect, the area was close to many cafes, restaurants, the waterfront and the trams. The room was very comfortable, clean and charming.

The staff was so kind and helpful and always at their desk. Very polite and professional. The location was amazing and having the cafe right next door was lovely.
The sounds of the keys to the doors are crazy loud. So many people coming in and out and it echos in the hallway. The keys are too heavy and old.
Also in the early morning the entire hotel vibrates and shakes with a very loud noise. Every morning.
The size of our room with luggage was much too small small.

Prachtige, ruime kamer met alle comfort en hints naar Ottomaanse stijl. Vooral de messing buizen voor de elektriciteitsleidingen vielen op. Hele mooie verlichting ook met warm witte grote lampen. Heerlijk geurende badkamer handdoeken. Enige nadeel: niet geschikt voor minder mobiele mensen. Alles per trap; ontbijt op 6de verdieping met een erg steile trap laatste verdieping: je wordt dan wel beloond met een volledig vers bereid en uitgebreid Turks ontbijt. Werkelijk FANTASTISCH: verse mezze, vers geperst fruitsap. Geen koffie, die kan je daarna beneden nemen aan het gelijknamige café aansluitend aan het Hotel. Ook de ligging is erg goed, ‘s nachts wel wat lawaai indien je met raam open wil slapen maar met de ramen gesloten is de geluidsisolatie ook top!
Bedden zijn erg comfortabel maar qua lengte limiet: ik pas er met mijn 1m93 nét in. Kussens zijn zacht: enige verbeterpunt
Kussens zijn iets te zacht. Een extra harder kussen kan dit heel snel verhelpen!

Staff were friendly & helpful throughout and the location in Istanbul is excellent. For a 6 night stay, our room was small & acceptable, although there are several other, larger rooms throughout the property. There's also an adjacent cafe which was convenient and acceptable.
Drinks at the adjacent cafe were not the best. Again, the room we had was small, though practical - more room, with several other larger rooms available, would've been very welcome.
