We deeply appreciate the most respectful behaviour of reception staff particularly Mr Ali and his colleagues.
We found them very helpful, attentive, caring & courteous throughout our stay in this facility which reflects true commitment & dedication towards their JOB.

The staff were really helpful and friendly until the last minute, it was so safe to leave my belongings in, they were doing their best to make sure everything is going well, all the staff specially Aly and the guy that stays at night, and the guys that stay during the day as well! Everyone was helpinh
Nothing, totally recommended for anyone that wants to stay in a cozy place in the heart of the city, going to taksim, galata port, galata tower was so easy all walkable distances and there’s tophane bus station just next to the hotel! Thank you
