Absolutely loved my stay! The property was very nice, spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was also excellent, making everything convenient and easy. Every detail made the experience feel special.
Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations

Location the size of the flat were great, and the bathroom was spacious. The kitchen was a good size and the rooms were good. It was nice to have meals outside in the patio.
There was very little ventilation, one of the rooms and the living room was by the closed up varanda that had huge glass windows and only 2 of them were able to open up and the heat was almost impossible, it was basically unbreathable. It was way too hot, no ventilation at all from the varanda, too many windows that didn’t work and so the house was very hot. The large patio could have been a little cleaner, and a little heads up about the pigeons making a mess and a lot of noise during the day, banging on the windows and in the patio doors, it was very hard to rest with so much bird noises, not very pleasant. Also there was a water outage, there was no running water for hours and there was no warning or advice that this could be a possibility during our stay or the summer months. A little more transparency about this would have prevented issues with cooking and bathing etc. apparently this is an issue within the area during the summer months which was not communicated with us prior to our stay. This felt like a trap to me. I would’ve liked a least a heads up so we could prepare for such eventuality. Also, communication with property management in terms of the property guide was not there. We were not instructed about the flat number, or about the internet connection etc. this was very poor communication and it lacked an instruction or guide manual on the services, property etc. we didn’t know where to put the rubbish, or how to use the oven etc. really lack of communication and transparency in general.
