Very clean, great location, easy access, lovely host who was very helpful throughout our trip.
Shower door could be smoother, also having a bin in the bedroom would be helpful.

La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama.
La primera noche llegamos bastante tarde (les avisamos por whatsapp y nos lo agradecieron) y, para nuestra sorpresa ya que no habían dicho nada previamente, nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas, cuando habíamos pagado por adelantado una suite con 2 dormitorios. Problemas eléctricos, nos dijeron por whatsapp. Al exigir al día siguiente una solución, nos contestaron que en una hora estaría libre la suite, ya que el cliente que estaba ya había hecho el check-out. Perdimos toda la mañana esperando para poder mover nuestra maleta de una a otra habitación. Evidentemente, mintieron. La manilla de una ventana que da a las vías del tren (a 10 metros y que pasa a menudo) está rota y no se puede cerrar la ventana. Las contraseñas de acceso fallaban constantemente. Hemos puesto una reclamación en Booking y no la han atendido. Hay un montón de hoteles en Estambul para elegir..... no volvería. Muy poco fiables.
