The location is spot-on an abundant of amenities within walking distance
The air-conditioning unit was not working so the Caravan got a little hot however cool down quite quickly in the evening. Also TV in Middle room has no connection but it was okay as the kids had iPads.

It was very pleasant stay with our big family. Good facilities and entertainment for kids. Hot tub at caravan is big bonus and it is located quite close to the reception. Overall it was very good stay we all enjoyed. Definitely would recommend.
