Apartamentul este foarte mare si confortabil, este renovat, este curat, intr-o zona foarte centrala. Ne-a depasit asteptarile din toate punctele de vedere.
Aspectul negativ a fost reprezentat de parcare. Ne-a fost indicat un loc de parcare care era deja ocupat de alte persone care erau cazate in acealsi fel ca si noi, probabil acelasi proprietar. Nu cunosc detalii, cert este ca nu am avut loc de parcare, desi a fost unul dintre motivele pt care am ales apartamentul.

Дуже чисто. Привітний персонал. Класне розташування - самий центр.
З самого початку дали неправильний код, щоб потрапити до квартири. Хвилин 10, з сумками та дітьми, після довгої та напруженої дороги, намагалися його ввести. Думали, щось робимо не правильно. Але виявилось, просто код був неправильний.
Газова плита не працювала - не було газу. Готували на малесенькій електро плитці. Дуже не зручно;(
На другий день зникла гаряча вода у великому санвузлі.
У одній спальні та кухні немає кондиціонера. І якщо спати з відкритими вікнами, то дуже шумно.

房子整体都很好，地点好，房间大，也很干净。
洗衣机 烘干机一应俱全！
1.煤气始终不好用，与客服沟通也没有解决问题，回复不是很及时！
2.夜里频繁的断电，周边有报警声，反复好多次，整晚没有休息好，客服第二天早晨才回复！
3.第二天早晨起来邻居又开始装修，声音很大
4.半夜有捡垃圾的人在楼下吵闹
5.主卧的空调打不开
6.车位被占
