The building and room was clean and no issues with use of any in room appliances, ac, or plumbing. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to food, shopping, and the beach.
The location always has an interesting smell outside. I stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning staff was rescheduled multiple times delaying our cleaning service. The trash bins are very small, trash can accumulate fast and they don’t pick up or have a self drop off areas I was aware of aside from cleaning days.

The hotel is very close to the beach like a 15 minute walk!. It is quite a comfortable apartment and well decorated. Blackout curtains were much appreciated to sleep well. Laundry machine is available for us to do all our laundry but we needed to buy our own detergent. You'll be imagining yourself living in Da Nang in a comfy studio like this one once you go there. The room is cleaned and fresh towels are provided daily which i didn't expect so it was a pleasant surprise!
The walls are rather thin so if you're a light sleeper and if the next room has visitors, it will bother you. Additionally the balcony of the adjacent room is not separated from this apartment. it's just one long balcony for both apartments. Not sure if this is temporarily or it is the way it is designed but as 2 girls staying in the apartment this was a concern for us.
