Overall great location near the Paddington station. Front desk staffs are all really helpful. Only issues were when there were problems in the room (e.g. hairdryer didn't work), staff did not promptly come to repair while a sink issue at night were quickly resolved. overall, the stay was comfortable but with room all in the basement and could be claustrophobic for people who needs light and window to be opened.
rooms all in the basement with no window. hairdryer was not working super well and by 4th day, the fuse was burnt.

Clean, quiet, great location. Good breakfast, bar on site although we didn't use it. Room was all we needed for the night. Bathroom and shower good size. Excellent location right outside the station.
Bed wasn't made, not a big deal, but would have been nicer having the duvet in place, although was laid out nicely and wrapped up ready for us to place.

Location was perfect for Paddington station.
At check in, a member of staff was not particularly polite, helpful or sympathetic to our problem. However another member of staff was very polite and was able to resolve our issue quickly.
