Great location.
Very comfortable sofas and beds.

There had been a mix up & cleaner had not attended. when they were asked
Contacted owner who offered to have a cleaner attend next. morning + reimburse payment.
She was kind, apologetic and worked quickly to find a resolution for us.. Much appreciated..
We still enjoyed our. stay. Burntisland a great place to visit. Real holiday vibe

Roomy flat, simple and everything you need for comfort. Big cosy sofas, comfy beds, lots of room. Nice big bath, fills quickly (careful of hot water) . Private entrance, decent little garden space for dog to toilet. Nice coffee machine, but i had to buy coffee (coop round corner with bags for cheap and lovely fresh rolls etc) peaceful and quiet. Minimal and practical. Friendly communication.
Parking a short walk round corner, out of sight from flat. This was explained prior anyway, ok to drop stuff off from other side of road temporarily.
Coffee machine instructions would be helpful. Could work it out though, but just in case. Had hoped for some coffee, just cos of pic. :)
Would be nice to have a wee welcome note just saying things like coop round corner, beach that way, access beach via tunnels, opening time of fun fair etc. recommended places to visit...
Just a wee bit of info to help get started. Could include Craigencalt farm, Pettycur bay etc. Where best to access the coastal routes. Nice little antique shop in kinghorn with lovely cheeses and beers etc. Little pointers to help local businesses etc would be nice. These aren't faults, just suggestions to welcome folk. :)

Kitchen has all the amenities you need. There was a coffee maker but no coffee grounds. Livingroom comfortable. Shower was OK. Bed was comfortable.
There where a # of plugged in deodorizers that I am sorry to say stunk up the place pretty badly. Anyone with sinus issues or asthma would not have been able to stay here. We removed them and sealed them in plastic bags then opened the windows and doors and where able to get the air quality to and acceptable level.
