حجزنا كان فيلا بثلاث غرف وإطلالة ع الحديقة ، الفيلا شرحه و تدخلها الشمس ، الغرف واسعه و كل غرفه لها حمام واسع ايضاً، مستوى النظافه وسط ، الحمامات فيها شطاف، الفلل داخل حديقه كبيره حلوة ينطلقوا فيها الأطفال ، عندهم موظفة سورية تشرحلكم كل شي بالعربي ، تعاملهم جميل جدا ، يتواصلو معاكم واتس اب من قبل لا توصلون المكان و كل يوم يسألوكم إذا ناقصكم شي او تبغو شي
عندهم خدمات مثل المطعم الصغير ، مساج ( ماردوا علينا لمن استفسرنا عليه) ، دراجات ( بس اغلبها تالفه بالذات حقت الكبار ) ، شبكة كورة طائرة ، مراجيح على الشجر ، كورة .
النظافة وسط ، الموقع ماكان بعيد و لا قريب عن الفعاليات

The villa was clean, spacious and had really comfortable beds and pillows! The staff were so incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible. Janset was especially kind and generous to us. The pool is large and perfect to chill by in the summer heat.

Friendly and welcoming Staff.
Eagerness and concern of the owners to attend to problems faced, though it was too late due to our short stay.
Cleanliness and housekeeping could be much better.
Kitchen utensils are very poor. Not enough, and we could not find a single spoon.
Lack of maintenance to attend for details.
Most showers do not properly work due to lack of maintenance. One shower glass door was completely broken, so we could not use that bathroom to shower.
One hose bib (Shattaf) was completely out of order.
For the money paid, we expected a much better quality.
