Nadstandardní vybavenost bytu pro vaření/pečení (dokonce i formy na dort :)), vybavení a hračky pro děti a miminko, poloha v centru města, flexibilita příjezdu a po odsouhlasení i odjezdu, design, hygienické potřeby + doplňky v kuchyni (sůl, cukr, koření, pečící papír, potravinová fólie) v ceně, velké množství hraček pro děti, možnost rozložit gauč v hlavní místnosti na další místa pro spaní.
Postel ve velké ložnici byla s pružinami a dělala menší hluk, byt je podkrovní (byli jsme v nižších teplotách, takže teplota ok, ale mají zde i ventilátor) a schodiště je s těžšími zavazadly náročnější

Pěkné a dobře vybavené ubytování s vlastním parkovacím stáním. Domluva byla skvělá, příjemná, odpovědi velmi rychlé. Dětská židlička, postýlka a hračky pobyt s malým dítětem zpříjemnily. Ubytování můžeme doporučit.
