HORROR STORY! Complete scam. Locked inside a shithole. Had to call police to get out of the house.

I did not stay at this property!!! I have submitted complaint to Booking.com customer service and need emergency support! Villa Pamphili- Elegant Home, and it was an absolute crazy nightmare! I have ample photo, video, text documentation to verify. The property was absolutely disgusting!!!! Old dirty dishes, foods, bugs/insects trash everywhere, foul smell, no bedding... an absolute horror show!!!!! and it gets worse.... The saga: As you can see from my Booking.com history, we had just arrived in Rome, Italy (we are from USA), and had a reservation via Booking at "Cozy apartments in Rome near Santa Maria" for June 18-21, only to find the property doesn't exist (review all the messages and email that I sent to that listing agent, without a reply). The cost of the transportation to get there, along with the dissapointment and lack of response from the property was frustrating to start. Wasted time and money, and managing a mother & son dream trip was sour from the start. I found a nearby restaurant to feed my son, after carrying our luggage after a $55 taxi to get to the first booking, so I could regroup and find a new solution for housing. The phone number listed on "Cozy apartments" is NOT WORKING, so after repeated attempts, I gave up and found another booking.

NIGHTMARE experience at "Villa Pamphili-Elegant home" was something truly insane. We entered the property at 6:17pm, put luggage on the bed and we both nearly vomited with disgust! It was beyond foul. I immediately contacted the listed owner. we got bags to leave. the DOOR LOCK would not open; we were locked inside! For 3 hours!!! The police came to rescue us. Horrific experience. Owner will not provide refund or compensation. Booking customer service will not help either.
