Worked well for a weekend for our group of 5 women.

Location was where we wanted to be. The beds were very comfortable.

Food smell in the back bedroom on Saturday night. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on the lights in the kitchen area. Needed an additional blanket for the sofa bed in the living room.

A clean, comfortable, family-friendly apartment in a great East Village location—we would happily stay here again.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The location in East Village was fantastic and gave us a true New York experience. While there was some street noise, we actually enjoyed it because it made us feel part of the city’s energy. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, a washer and dryer, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to New York.

The only minor inconvenience was that the apartment is located one flight up and requires using a staircase. This was mainly noticeable during check-in and check-out because we had several large suitcases. It would be helpful if the listing included a photo of the staircase so guests know what to expect before booking.

Comfortable and convenient stay in a vibrant neighborhood with great dining options and useful amenities.

Great location in the heart of the East Village with plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The apartment was exactly as described and felt spacious by New York standards. Having two bathrooms was a big plus for our stay, and I especially appreciated having an in-unit washer and dryer. The host was responsive and communication was smooth throughout.

The apartment requires climbing stairs, so it may be less suitable for guests with mobility concerns or travelers with heavy luggage.

Als gute Bekannte, die wir unsere Privatsphäre brauchten, hatten wir die optimale Raumaufteilung, jeder hatte sein Bad und Schlafzimmer, in der Mitte Küche und Wohnzimmer, Klimanlage, Ventilator, genügend Schlüssel, zum Start war alles da: Kaffee, einfache Gewürze und der Bioladen 2 Türen weiter, wo wir alles notwendige schnell kaufen konnten. Ausserdem gute Cafés zum Frühstücken um die Ecke, Anbindung zur Subway - was will man mehr

Etwas laut im vorderen Zimmer, Küchengerüche im hinteren Zimmer - aber - wir waren in New York, wenn man Ruhe haben will, muss man in den einsamen Wald! War auch nicht jeden Tag, am Freitag und Samstagabend. If you wanna wake up in a city that doesn't sleep...
