Excelente ubicación, era igual a las fotos, las camas y almohadas super cómodas para descansar, la cocina con todo equipado, el primer piso en general muy hermoso.
La grifería o llave de la cocina estaba dañada, no salía agua y se demoraron en cambiarla 5 días y nos íbamos al día 8 del apartamento, nos tocó lavar la loza en el lavamanos del baño mientras tanto. La humedad de los cuarto de abajo era terrible, el olor a humedad, el techo tiene gotera y salían muchas moscas.

Location was perfect, close to everything. For an NYC apartment I found three bedrooms to be reasonably spacious
Constant stream of insects, but maybe covering the air conditioning space might help with that. Also mildewy smells in basement rooms which were easily addressed with some air fresheners we bought.

Easy access on ground floor. Good wifi. Good Shower and bathrooms.
Lots of ants! Water leaking down the wall. Downstairs smelled very damp.
