EVERYTHING!!! we stayed at another unit last year and liked the area so we picked another one this year. The check-in was super easy. The condo itself, it’s absolutely amazing. It’s got a great set up. I love that you can access it from the inside, but it literally has everything you need. My friend and I had a blast in the kitchen, because I had all the gadgets and every thing you could possibly imagine to cook with for various things. And the icing on the cake was the ice machine. Nugget ice! Made our trip!! lol they had games available, plenty of extra bedding, the place was super clean. They gave you a startup kit. Loved the blinds. There was plenty of seating inside and outside on all the levels. We enjoyed breakfast outside every morning on the deck. There were plenty of chairs in beach toys that were accessible. The pool area is the perfect little place just to relax whether during the day or at night. Also very clean. It is also directly on the bay, which is so nice to have something to do besides going on the beach. There’s a volleyball court and there’s a pier you can walk out on. And it’s also directly across the street from the public beach. You can literally walk across the street and down the pier. And it works great for us because we like to take pictures on the beach and then walk across and take sunset pictures on the bay. Highly recommend!!!
I wouldn’t say there was anything that we didn’t like, we did just miss having kayaks like we did last year since the bay is right there.

Ez to get in and out and the pier is a plus
Need to fix the lock on the kitchen door and the master bedroom door
