The location is wonderful! Beautiful beach, nice pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and close walk to several delicious restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped and internet is strong. The on-site staff is friendly and helpful.
DETAILS: picture on smallest room wall (loudly) fell off in the night with no one even using that room; it needs a hanger. The patio cushions are worn out and so thin, we ended up using the decorative pillows on top of the cushions. Such a beautiful outdoor space needs to be comfortable. The lack of basics was surprising as well as management's response. We have never needed to bring dishwasher soap. 2 dish packs for a week is insufficient. Smallest pack we could buy at grocery was 18 pack. The management company could do better communicating specifics. Tell guests in advance that parking is available and where to park, 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are included yet not guaranteed (for a 9 person unit?, need to rent or bring extra), you need to request from beach guys as they run out so even if prepaid you may be left with none. The door to the unit needs new weather stripping. When the hallway is washed, water runs under the door and covers the entry way. This slippery surprise can be dangerous.
