Muy limpio y cómodo. Buena ubicación

Quedamos en que la hora del check in seria a las 21:00. Al llegar al alojamiento la caja de seguridad donde se guardaban las llaves para poder entrar estaba rota y no podiamos acceder a la llave. Tuvimos que esperar mas de una hora a que vinieran a abrirnos. No habia jabón en el baño, ni siquiera jabón de manos.

Super Lage, jedoch das Appartment ist sein Geld nicht wert!

gute, saubere und zentrale Lage. Café gegenüber, Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, schön großzügig. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße.

Keine Pflegeprodukte, keine Seife, zu wenig Klopapier, Aufzug wird erst in Betrieb genommen, daher muss man schwere Koffer in den 5.Stock tragen. Weiters ist die Unterkunft lieblos eingerichtet, also sehr spärlich. Die Küche ist auch mit dem anderen Appartment zu teilen, man benötigt 4 Schlüssel bis man wirklich erst im Appartment ist! Leider erfährt man auch erst vor Ort dass die Küche zu teilen ist, die Unterkunft riecht aufgrund der frischen Renovierung sehr eigen (Katzenstrreu und Zigaretten)! Die Küche ist auch sehr spärlich es gibt eine Kaffemaschine aber keinen Kaffee, weiters fehlen auch dort Geschirrtücher! Matratze ist auch eher weich. Es gibt auch keinen Teppich im Appartment!

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perché l’ascensore era rotto già da tempo e per un ulteriore mese. Quest’informazione non è stata messa in sufficiente evidenza nell’inserzione. L’appartamento era al 5to piano e abbiamo rinunciato ad entrare essendo infattibile d’estate fare 5 piani a piedi, in particolare persone anziane e con problemi.

Riscontrato il problema dell’ascensore da tempo fuori uso abbiamo provato a chiamare il numero del host che non rispondeva ma ha risposto solo il giorno dopo non riconoscendo la mancanza di trasparenza e rifiutando il rimborso. Abbiamo dovuto cercare frettolosamente un’altra soluzione per dormire, in mezzo alla strada con 35 gradi a Palermo. Pessima esperienza.
