The villa is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very friendly, always reachable, and quick to respond to any questions or requests.
The views are breathtaking. However, if you are not traveling by car, keep in mind that the beach is quite far away on foot. Since we had a rental car, this was not a problem for us at all.

The apartment is new and exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was a good size. The view is spectacular; you could find yourself lost just staring at the different ways the water looked from hour to hour or day to day. The owner was present to provide first access, give a tour, and insight into how to get food and transportation and was easily available throughout my visit. There is a historic villa very near, one of the best Durres attractions, and remnants of an amphitheatre on the walk to the nearest commercial area. Overall the location provides the best place for peace yet a reasonable distance to entertainment.
Not so much a "didn't like" but if I had known I would have picked up some convenience food on the way to check in. There is a store just a stones throw away but it has limited selections. The location is up, really up, on a hill which makes the view spectacular but does make for a challenging but doable walk to and from shopping and restaurants and most sites. Taxi is an option and the owner helped with that ap also. There wasn't any furniture outside to sit on the balcony which would have been nice.

This is a beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea. It’s up on the hill and close to the old villa! It’s also 12 mins walk away from the Center or 9mins if you walk fast. I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was well organised with toiletries and kitchen essential provided for. And the beauty of waking up to the sea breeze every morning. Was a delight
I booked here cos I like making my own food and as someone who has loads of food allergies, it proved impossible for me to make my own food as basic cooking essentials such as cooking knife, spoon etc were not provided. Then the few places I could eat from whenever I had leftovers I couldn’t heat up cos there was no microwave. I also thought to use the oven to heat up my food but then was disappointed as the oven didn’t have an oven tray. This might be worth looking into as I also mentioned this to the lady that collected my payment.
