Stayed on my way back from the North East as a stopover and because we wanted to see some of the yorkshire coast.
Location - it really is on the doorstep of the beach which was ideal as we didnt have a lot of time in Scarborough. A 2 min walk and you are on the main strip, but as the house is tucked away in a very quiet street you also get a very peaceful stay, so best of both really.
Parking - its on street but on the road at the side of the property so that was fine as just round the corner you get permits for the days you stay.
Rooms - we used the master bedroom which had really peaceful views over the harbour and sea, bathroom was modern and the living room was really comfy, also sharing those sea views so really nice to sit with a cup of tea just staring out to the horizon.
We barely used the kitchen as we werent there that long but it seem to have everything you would need, like a home from home sort of thing
Overall really nice stay, location and views are the standouts. We will book again but next time longer and bring the kids, as there were other bedrooms so plenty of room.

Location was great in terms of access to the Harbour and all shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Beds were comfy and decorated nicely.
Water pressure wasn't great with the main bathroom shower and the one on 3rd floor didnt produce hot water so we didn't use that one. Feedback given to owners and they said they will look into it. It was hard work being over 4 floors so not suitable for anyone who may struggle with stairs physically and parking is difficult and not available outside the property as advertised. Parking permits were provided though which was helpful. Other than that it is a lovely property with some great views . Also the courtyard had a skeleton of a dead bird that has been there for some time so would have been a bit nicer if that was cleaned before the next guests

The stairs were horrific, appreciate it’s an old property but would have been good to know in advance, some people would never have managed them. Back yard needs a good clean/coat of paint. No outside space we could use ( sat on front door steps ) .
