The rooms are on second floor after 23 steps - no elevator. This should be listed in the description. There should also be 6- K-cups for coffee instead of 4.

Brittany was great. Went above and beyond in several ways including bringing us extra pillows and coffee creamer. Bed was VERY comfy. A/C was easy to use and adjust so not too hot, not too cold. Everything in the room looked brand new and pristine. Decor was very tasteful and attractive.

It seemed a little like they were ramping up their game, e.g. needing the second pillows but also while there were disposable coffee cups, no stirrers, nor glasses for water (or another beverage from our travel kit!) No hand towels. Not a big deal but seemed missing.

The location and parking were great! It doesn't tell you in the advertisement that you have to walk up 22 steps to get to the rooms, they are above a shopping center and there is no elevator. My boyfriend has CHF so I would not have booked if I had known there was no elevator. It was very clean and elegant looking once you get in the front door.

The entry, stairs and hallway to the rooms was very nice and cool. We opened the door to Suite 5 and the heat hit us in the face. We always travel with a fan thankfully. My code was not in the door when we arrived at 9 p.m. so I started messaging the property because I called and no one answered a few times, Brittany messaged me back and said I should be good to go and the code worked at that point. I texted her about the air and sent her a picture of the remotes and she said it was on heat. They are mini split units in the ceiling and the blue lights were blinking on both units which I know now that means the filter is dirty and whoever cleaned the room had to see the lights blinking. I set the remotes to 70 and cool and we left to go get dinner. We arrived back and it was very hot in there but with the fan we were able to sleep comfortably. I texted Brittany again and never heard back until I texted her again the next day and she said she didn't get my midnight text until she got that text. She said she would get a technician out and then she texted back shortly and offered another room. All of our things were unpacked and we did not feel like packing everything up and moving rooms so I told her we would just stay where we were because we slept ok with the fan blowing. I did expect some type of refund for no air. I am a property manager and we give credit when something like that happens. I appreciate her offering another room but it would be a lot on my boyfriend.
