A mountain cabin centrally located in the village of Saty. Just a few steps from a restaurant and a store. Wonderful hosts who are very communicative and speak English. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts.
I highly recommend it.
(For those with a fear of heights: The staircase to the second floor is quite steep!)

this is a great new build property, and is located in the middle of saty village, walking distance to markets and restaurants. its only 20. ish min from kaindy and kolsai lakes. everything was very clean, and had ample space for sleeping, with a queen bed on the main floor, a sofa, and twin beds upstairs. i didnt realize theres only one a-frame on the property, but it is a nice intimate space, and they serve meals to you directly in your place. nice and hospitable hosts and was well stocked with utensils and tableware. it was more pricey than other guesthouses ive stayed in, but having meals served to you privately, having the whole a-frame to yourself, and having a private bathroom is a luxury experience in this region, which was well appreciated. make sure to specify if youd like dinner to the host, as breakfast is included, but dinner is 4000 tenge per person
the stairs to the upper level are a bit steep and dont have a railing so it can be scary at first, but safe if youre careful. there were a couple staples sticking out of the wall that id be wary of. as mentioned in other reviews, internet is spotty but that is the case for most of the smaller village and towns, so its not a big deal. i left my treasured scarf at the property and didnt realize until i was 3 hr away :(

Очень комфортный уютный домик для отдыха, есть все необходимое. Особенно понравился массажер для ног, после дневного длительного хождения был очень кстати.
Доброжелательные хозяева, домашняя обстановка, вкусный завтрак и чай, принесенный вечером по просьбе
