it is new. very clean. all amenities are available. the host lives next door in her own house.. these A frames are in her private property. you can experience the contrast of traditional kazakh living from your A-Frame home.
I think the property needs landscaping development. the property itself is verynice and has proper parking in front of the A frames. so other than landascaping i guess everything else is wonderful

We had a wonderful stay last night! The place was very clean, neat, and well-maintained. The hospitality was excellent, and everything was arranged perfectly. The room was very comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

need a clear guideline for water heater and also a privacy (need a proper curtain to cover the bedroom)

Nothing in particular.
The property is overpriced for what it offers. It doesn’t provide good value for money, and the facilities and overall experience were quite average. I would recommend staying closer to Kolsai Lake instead, where you’ll get a better location and a more worthwhile experience.
