The worst experience ever

The moment when I left this place

The check-in process was disorganized and chaotic. The staff confused me with another guest and told me I had already checked in, even though I hadn't even arrived at the hotel yet. This caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress. The room was missing basic necessities such as a blanket and shampoo. I had to message the manager repeatedly and keep reminding them. They never provided anything after the first request. It took 14 hours of reminding for me to finally receive a blanket. When they finally brought one, it smelled terrible. The odor was so strong that it came through the duvet cover, as if the blanket had never been washed. The room is worn out and poorly maintained. Everything is falling apart: when you pick up the kettle, the lid comes off; when you grab the door handle, it nearly falls off. There is a construction site right next to the building with constant loud noise. Heavy machinery operates directly below the windows, and the noise is clearly audible even on the 40th+ floor. There is a large gap under the entrance door, so you can hear everything happening in the hallway, and at night the light from the hallway shines into the room. At night, the neighboring building is illuminated with constantly changing colored lights. The room has very thin, cheap curtains that do not block the light, so the flashing lights shine into the room and make it difficult to sleep. The Orbi complex itself is also extremely uncomfortable. The ground floor is constantly overcrowded, the surrounding area feels somewhat dirty, and you have to wait a long time for the elevators.
