The position of the location was quite near to the center and price-quality ratio was good
The bathroom was a bit dirty in some parts at first but they accomplished to our request to clean them straightforward

La piccola palazzina è stata interamente e recentemente ristrutturata ed adibita a stanze b&b. La cosa comoda è che spesso si trova qualche addetto, o la signora delle pulizie che è molto disponibile, oppure un giovane nella piccola reception all' ingresso nei giorni del check-in oppure due signori della proprietà. È stata fondamentale la presenza del direttore, Tayfun Orbay, per superare alcune problematiche pratiche. Il punto è un po' infelice perché in questo momento ci sono interventi di pesante ristrutturazione quasi in ogni vecchio capannone limitrofo (di fronte, accanto, dietro, ..) ma la zona è centralissima tra il belvedere del Bosforo e la torre di Galata. Visto che le pulizie non vengono effettuate quotidianamente, sarebbe meglio se in stanza ci fosse del materiale per le pulizie. Lo consiglio per vivere un'esperienza nel cuore del quartiere, ma non lo consiglio per persone con poca autosufficienza
Non è un hotel grande con la reception, quindi non c'è spazio al piano terra per intrattenersi ed aspettare gli altri, per esempio, ma ci sono subito le scale.

Proximity to Galata tower and Taksim Square. Bedding was absolutely clean, the bed was
The location itself is in the very bad spot. It is narrow, single car street. We had a problem with getting there by taxi two times out of 3. If one of these streets leading to that location is blocked for any reason, you would have to walk a steep hill, potentially with your luggage. That is what we had to do.
This property says they have a kitchen, but... they have a stove and 3 pots. We had to ask for plates and glasses. No dish soap, no sponge
