I cuscini, alti e scomodi, spacca collo.

The rooms are big. Good for family travel.
The breakfast has only few choice. Nothing much for the kids.

The room was big comparing to other hotel. there is a storage room for luggage.
there is a washing machine and dryer in the room.
the room is clean and new.
the bathroom is clean, no dark spot or mold.
the shower and the rest of the bathroom area are the same floor with no step or curtain so when you shower, the whole bathroom is wet.

Very convenient location.
There really is no customer service. I asked about early check in and instead of telling me the truth it wasn’t possible, they lead me to believe it was. My belief so it wasn’t so I cancelled my reservation.
Only one elevator that is constantly in motion. Takes a long time to call. Staff is constantly using it too so always has laundry carts, garbage, etc flowing through
