It was immaculate… newly decorated so good state of repair… bed extremely comfy
The tap in kitchen has part missing so it spurts extremely hot water everywhere. Towel rail in bathroom not working to dry our towels.
Sound proofing … we had two hours on constant banging on sunday evening from the room above till well after 9 sounded as though there were repairs being done!!

Great location, but you're not far from the beach wherever you stay in Rhosneigr. Welcome bag was nice, if a little unusual- strange mix of items, including dishwasher tablets when there was no dishwasher.
It was obvious that a dog had stayed in this room before I arrived as there was dog hair all over the room, on the bedside chair and even on the kitchen table and counter. The room needed a deep clean. The drainer at the side of the sink was really filthy. The mugs and crockery looked as though they had been used and put back unwashed. They were so dirty that it was impossible to get them clean. I bought my own mug for my 5 night stay. Despite being on the first floor, there was a fire exit immediately outside the bedroom window so I had a man standing smoking, talking on his phone and staring in at me while lying on my bed. The window needs to be glazed so that there's privacy. The shower did not stay upright so impossible to stand under it and wash your hair. There is no sound proofing at all. You can clearly hear other guests' conversations and people walking above, below and to the side. Dogs left in the rooms barked incessantly and there was clearly some renovation work going on as there was hammering and drilling going on well into the night. Definitely not a peaceful place to stay.
