同価格帯のビジネスホテルと比べて部屋が広い(2倍くらい)、冷蔵庫も大きい、臭わないエアコンや綺麗な電子レンジ、ポット、ドライヤーやアメニティーなどの基本セットもちゃんとある。
部屋の掃除不足、風呂の黒カビと排水溝の臭い、トイレにウォシュレットがない、カーテンがない(窓は閉められるが隙間から光が入る)

立地が良い。相応の値段かと。 東京でドミトリーに泊まるよりはマシだと思う。 電子レンジと冷蔵庫はある。
日本語は堪能ではない。英語が通じるかも不明。 おそらくスタッフの方は中国人です。 部屋が古い、臭い、風呂が老朽化している。 PM12時までスタッフは不在。
