Wonderful stay โ highly recommended!
I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was clean, modern, quiet, and very comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom, toiletries, shower cap, mini fridge, coffee/tea maker, and a very comfortable bed.
As a tech lover, I especially enjoyed being able to use an app as a digital key to access both the building and my room, so there was no need to carry a physical key. There is also a backup key safely stored in a locker in case your phone battery dies.
The staff were wonderful, especially Enza, who was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to help. She provided lots of useful information through WhatsApp and even gave me a city map, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Enza truly made my stay special. Thank you so much! I would happily stay here again.
The property was a little difficult to find at first, as the sign is quite small and you need to walk through a corridor and some stairs to reach it. There is an elevator, so this was not an issue, but the entrance area felt a little dark at night.
There was no staff physically present during my stay after check-in, although Enza was always available and checked in with me through WhatsApp, which I really appreciated.
One small improvement would be having an additional trash bin in the room, rather than only one in the bathroom.
