- Very nice owner who is always ready to help with whatever problem comes up.
- Very nice, comfortable, and clean apartment with nice kitchen and kitchenware.
- Beautiful view of the city and all the surroundings.
- The faucet in the bathroom is a nice addition.
- Good range of new and useful appliances everywhere.
- Due to the whole apartment having 1 split AC unit, it takes some time to cool it down the first time you enter the place, but it gets cool after some hours and it is possible to keep it cool afterwards.
- The water was shut once, but that was due to the maintenance from the water company.
- The electricity went off a couple of times. But the owner sent someone fast and they fixed it.
