This accomodation was exactly what we're looking for (3 adults + 1 one year baby). The spot provides two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, one room with the sofa + kitchen corner. The host is always online and ready to assist. The location is near to be perfect, with sightseeings and a number of parks in a few minutes by feet. Bonus: very cozy private garden with wineleafes, figue tree and pomegranate (ask the permission of host to use its beautiful fruites).
Just to note for the future stayers: the taxi drivers do not enter to the lane at the gates of the accomodation usually, preferring instead to wait at Virsaladze strt.

Расположение великолепное! До всех достопримечательностей близко пешком. Рядом в двух шагах парк, мы отдыхали с собакой нам это было важно. Квартира на 1 этаже многоэтажки, но вход с улицы и свой приватный зелёный дворик, для центра Тбилиси роскошь. Квартира просторная, кровати удобные, 2 санузла, стиралка, кондиционер. Внимательная хозяйка встретила и всегда была на связи.
Если искать недостатки, их можно найти, но плюсов точно больше.
