- Bett war gemacht, frische Handtücher sind bereitgelegen
- Zimmer war direkt neben der Straße (Sehr laut auch über die ganze Nacht hinweg)

Небольшие комфортные апартаменты, мягкая кровать, чайник, кофемашина, тостер, столовые приборы и посуда, полотенца, фен, все супер по комплектации, даже соль и сахар были. Вентилятор спасал от духоты. Место проживания отличное, возле речки недалеко от центра Вены.
Несмотря на плюсы, были и минусы. Главный из них, неприятный запах сырости и наверное даже плесени по утрам из ванной комнаты. Скорее всего это из-за того что в душе дверцы не достают до пола и вода постоянно стикает на пол. Микроволновка почти не работала, булочку не нагрела даже через 10 минут. Телевизор тоже не особо работал. Но тем не менее, апартаменты очень приятные и чистые. (Не будем обращать внимания на пыль на верхних полках😅)

Hussle-free contactless check-in and check-out, very good location - walking distance to Wien Mitte, city center, riverside. The studio is small but accomodates most things one needs for a short stay
There is some noise from the street but it is minimal at night. I would advise to fit in a rack for clothes or any other solution to keep clothes out of the suitcase. Also, it would be nice to have at least sets of two for cups, glasses, etc

Vicinanza al centro, alle fermate del tram e a Prater.
Slef check-in chiaro e senza problemi.
Monolocale molto piccolo, per fortuna siamo riusciti a gestire bene gli spazi.
Nonostante la posizione fosse buona per la vicinanza alle attrazioni della città la zona non è molto raccomandabile. Vicino alla struttura erano spesso presenti persone ambingue rendendo potenzialmente pericolosi i rientri serali. In due occasioni siamo stati avvicinati da persone che ci hanno chiesto soldi e altro, in più una sera abbiamo ritrovato un fazzoletto insanguinato davanti all'ingresso della struttura.
La camera si affaccia su una strada molto trafficata e rumorosa, noi non abbiamo avuto problemi di sonno ma c'è a chi può dare fastidio.
Le persone che hanno prenotato prima di noi sono uscite dalla camera alle 15 facendoci ritardare il check-in poiché dovevano ancora pulire la stanza. Probabilmente nella fretta la pulizia è stata effettuata in modo superficiale facendo risultare l'alloggio sporco, con un forte odore di cibo nel piano cottura e una vaschetta indefinita lasciata nel congelatore.
Letto e cuscini molto scomodi.
Doccia che non si chiude del tutto (non è rotta, ma è fatta in modo tale che rimane una fessura tra i due vetri), per cui ogni volta si allagava una parte del bagno.
