The customer service was great. We ended up having 2 people cancel on us and we were past the free cancellation period, but they were nice enough to refund a small portion of our payment to make it more affordable for us. We also ended up being able to check in a little early last minute which was a nice bonus. The place was comfortable and the hot tub was also nice - clean and hot, but facing the road so that was a little noisy. Otherwise great!
The only thing we didn't love was that you have to take out your own garbage. For the amount that guests are paying per night, I feel like that is a very small thing that could be included to not have to do yourself.

When we first arrived and saw all of the space-saving parts of this one bedroom unit, we were wondering if it would be enough space for our for two week stay, and it turns out it was! The unit was very efficient in having lots of room for the important things like the kitchen and bathroom amenities, and a very big bed. There isn't a ton of room for clothing storage, but since this was a hiking vacation for us and the washer and dryer were included, it was perfect for our minimalist packing.
We loved the location for being able to walk to downtown Canmore and get access to trailheads either hiking or biking very easily without the use of a car. Our third floor unit had a balcony with an excellent view of the mountains across the Trans Canada Highway. A few short steps from the property there are really good dining options that you can walk to (10 minutes or less, some right next door). The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook for yourself during your stay. The security of the property is great as you can only access facilities by knowing specific entry codes. The bed was very comfortable with lots of extras. The living room space and balcony were both very comfortable with seating, blankets, etc.. Designated and secure parking was a plus.
Since the property is very near the highway, you can hear the traffic going by when you sit outside. Once we got lost in the mountain view, this didn't become as much of a problem for us - it just became a kind of background noise. And the noise level was not full of honking horns and sirens like in some cities we have visited. But it's good to know in case you want more of an off the beaten path/remote, quiet location
