Good size of the apartment, very clean, good location, friendly staff!
The little notes about how much things would cost if for example stains were left on towels, bathrobes were taken, dishwasher wasn’t put on, if the towels weren’t in the bath. For us it felt a little bit aggressive in approach to managing potential damage to soft assets for the hotel, it made us feel like we were needing to tread on eggshells.
Whilst, I would expect this at a hostel, I certainly wouldn’t expect a hotel with the price that was paid.
we made light of it to each other, and just made sure the apartment was left in pristine condition, although as mentioned above we felt somewhat uncomfortable because of this.
Woild advise considering revising this policy, the random notes around the hotel room look extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Location and apartment well equipped
Only one of 3 elevators was working & it was a long walk with luggage from car park to our unit

The room is big with a nice kitchen. The bathroom was also nice size. The bedroom is big enough and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The washing and dryer machines could have been replaced. The kitchen was missing basic ingredients like salt and pepper.

Spacious. Comfortable
Staff at check-in not interested. Too many codes to get into door, carpark, pool etc. staff not helpful once booked in.
