Great and cozy, warm like home

This is like a runaway place where you can chill and feel like at home. Kitchen is packed with everything you need, beds are super comfy, there is everything you need, virtually everything. They provide free parking and it is underground with direct access to the building. Love it.

They should definitely have changing rooms in the pool, this is a big minus. Also, it would be nice to have more chairs inside. Not all parents are ready to swim with the kids, some are just there to watch and even work during these 30-40 minutes while kids swim.

Okay But Not As Fully Described

Pros: 1. You can walk to the pool/hot tub through the hallways. A parent can have a drink and food at the restaurant and still keep a safe eye on the kids (depending on the age, of course); 2. Restaurant on grounds is a big plus; 3. Comfortable beds and decent bathroom facilities; 4. Fairly loaded kitchen (olive oil would be nice), included coffee and sugar; 5. Garbage easy to dispose of through a door; 6. Fireplace; 7. Laundry in the unit.

Cons: 1. The people upstairs, as others have mentioned, are obnoxious. Walking/running as late as 2 am (!). Chairs being scraped against the floor at 8 am. There was not a night/morning during our stay that did begin and end with upstairs disturbances; 2. Because this is a privately owned residence (which I must've missed when booking), liability in case of any accidents, falls solely on the owners and not the resort, which can be problematic. If I wanted to deal with private owners, I'd go through Airbnb; 3. I chose the "Pay Later" option, even though it was about $34 CAD more than paying immediately to Booking.com yet the money was taken off my card immediately by the unit owners. Had I known it wouldn't do me any good, I would've chosen the option that saved me that extra charge; 4. The space is much smaller than the photos lead you to believe. It worked for us because I was one adult and two kids but there is absolutely no way this space would be comfortable for more than 4 people, at maximum. I've stayed in Canmore before and have stayed at one bedroom properties with way more space; 5. There isn't really a view. Somewhat as you can see the mountains far in the backdrop, but generally, the view is of the building itself. If you don't work from the room at all during your stay, it won't bother you, but it would've been a nice option to choose a room with a better view; 6. First floor unit! I wasn't aware of this either. For winter months, I would've expected the owners to install heated paneling under the bathroom tiles.

Wonderful, relaxing with all the comforts of home and more.

Everything. Spotlessly clean and positioned nicely with its mountain view. Equipped with everything you might need to make your stay as if you were at home.

There was nothing to dislike.

Towels are smell..and inside is little dusty would be much better if you would replace to dust free stuff.

The pool, waterslide and indoor/outdoor hot tub were awesome. The condo was nicely decorated, full kitchen was handy!

Check in/out was the strictest routine I've ever experienced. Late check in, early check out with additional fees to even stay an extra hr. There was supposed to be a park pass in the condo for us to use, however there wasn't. I emailed the owners but never got communication back to this day. Had to purchase my own pass which is fine but was one of the reasons I chose this booking over others.

fun family stay in the mountains

the kitchen was well stocked and really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the afternoon sun.

really enjoyed the property and our stay was very comfortable. The only thing we found a bit of a restriction was the check in time of 5 and early check out. other than that we loved the condo and it was very family friendly and decorated so nicely. we will definitely return.
