Wedding was excellent. Accommodation poor and overpriced

Location was good

The property is old and tired. Towels were worn out and no bench space in the bathroom. Lighting in bathroom poor. Property was hot with only ventilation by opening windows. In floor heating turned on made property hotter. Advertised lounge as pullout bed, as second bed in property. Lounge was broken and unable to be used. Second occupant had to share double bed which was not appropriate. BBQ on the deck was a disgrace and needs throwing in the bin (would never cook food on this) Overall it was over priced for what you get

Overpriced for what it was

Near all main sightings and near downtown. Great view

A lot was broken and when reported nothing was done with it. The coachbed was super hard, our matras way too soft. The door from the parking didn't work most of the time, had to lift it by ourselfs to get out. Our barbecue worked except for the ignition so we couldn't light it. When reported the girl didn't wrote it down. The upper windows were unreachable so the sun came in at 5.30 or so. The dust on the washing machine in the bathroom says it all about cleaning. In the kitchen there were just 2 cooking pans and a big boiling pan but no small pans or so. I think there are better places for your money cause it wasn't super cheap. Maybe we had just bad luck with our lodge.

Lumpy beds

Location was very good. The outside decor and upkeep was good. Underground parking a bonus. Canmore is a great little town and a cheaper option than staying in Banff a few km away.

The apartment we stayed in - 117 wolf lodge - was tired and dated. Having said that, it was well equipped, and we liked there was a washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry. The cleaning of the apartment needed doing more thoroughly, quite dusty in places, like it hadn't had a good deep clean in a while. However...... the beds were SO uncomfortable. Lumpy mattresses & pillows, and every time we moved, they squeaked horrendously. They really need to be changed. We were glad to have only spent 3 nights here for this reason. I dont like to leave negative reviews,but the beds were a big issue for us (4 of us staying there) change them and you will have happier customers.

very noisy. Came on a Friday night and lots of people outside; load voices of people on their balconies, shut windows didn’t block any noise.

Spacious, well located and comfortable but a bit dark inside for reading.

Good view from 4th floor, hot tub and pool.

Interior lighting poor - wife could not read at night, bulb flickered and some missing.

Very good

Clean, modern room with full and spacious kitchen. nice seating area. quiet. Bunk bed in room a bonus. location easy to get to off highway by car but a little far to walk to downtown area during winter if you have young or old ones.

Unit was big and had great space for the family. staff was great, was able to have an early check in and a late check out!

The water tasted awful so I would bring my own to drink next time. The shower was either freezing cold or scolding hot. If you were there just for one night and didn’t need to shower then this is a perfect spot!

Overall the staff, building and amenities were good.

Location, newer rooms, hot tub.

Our unit(425) was older, dated, seemed like owners do as little as necessary to rent. Needs the carpet cleaned, needs new shower head. Could use more kitchen items(tin foil, ziploc…) and maybe some games, cards etc to make it feel inviting.

Very good

Great apartment, fully supplied, excellent location and under cover parking. The bed however needs a more comfortable mattress or at least a good memory foam cover of 3". The tap in the upstairs was only a trickle and needs to be serviced. Otherwise everything else was very satisfactory.

Family getaway at an affordable price!

The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, full kitchen plus all the utensils and dishes allowed us to cook a really great meal. Outdoor hot tub and underground parking were top notch!

The outdoor pool was under repair.

Very dirty

The location.

The carpet was dirty and ripped, there were stains on the shower curtain and chair. The light over the kitchen table was FULL of dead flies, the “white” towels were dingy grey. They were working in the unit above us so we heard that until the wee hours of the morning. This is a privately owned unit listed with Booking.com. We were told they have had numerous complaints about this rental. Why is it still on this platform?

Needs a refresh - room, furniture, everything obviously well-used and tired. also could not locate a luggage rack to transport items so had to make multiple trips from vehicle to room.

Greats sized rooms in a perfect location!

The room was much bigger than expected, two floors complete with and own washer-dryer, entire kitchen and 2 bathrooms!

Instead of proper duvet covers the duvets just had a sheet below and one sheet on top of it, but as soon as you move at night you come into contact with the actual duvet, which is not something I want from a duvet that loads of other people have already slept under…

Superb

Beautiful location with absolutely scenic views from the condo we were staying in. The condo was a good size to fit our family of 6. It was really nice to have a full kitchen as well as a bbq. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was there for our comfort. Pool and hot tubs were the icing on the cake! Absolutely recommended.
