the hotel was centrally located and very clean. Waitstaff was excellent, so friendly. Our room was spotless!
wish some aspects of the spa were included, didn't realize there was a $100 + fee to use sauna etc

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Parking is included and it's located in a beautiful spot at the bottom of a mountain with gorgeous views of Canmore and the surrounding area.
Good coffee at the cafe downstairs.
Didn't love that you aren't able to use the pool, sauna or any spa facilities without a full spa pass (which isn't included in the stay).
No room service, but there are food delivery services available. Location wise, it's really pretty but not centrally located in Canmore.

Great location just off Highway 1 - restaurant excellent - staff very helpful , very clean .

Large room with comfortable bed but uncomfortable couch; nice view. Easy access to highway. Town is nice and great views and activities all around.
Very limited amenities and common areas. Hotel requires guests to pay for access to the spa grounds - even the fire pits. Had to drive into the town across the highway for everything - drinks, laundry, etc. Were told we could use the restaurant/bar and fire pits outside but when we did a staffer told us we were not allowed to. Noted issue to management, with no response.
