L’accueil du personnel et les infrastructures et le rapport qualité prix de la chambre.
Les équipements vieillissants à l’intérieur des chambres avec notamment l’absence de rideau pour éviter d’inonder la salle de bain et les travaux non terminés notamment concernant le pommeau.
