Spacious and comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast, and very friendly and professional staff. The hotel offers great facilities, including a beautiful pool area and relaxing gardens. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long road trip and an ideal base for exploring Fes.

The first thing that I like is how they received us with a smile welcoming from the first gate entrance and all the way to our room, was so pleasant 😊.
The Room was very clean and well organized.
The breakfast was wonderful and has a variety of delicious food.
We had a dinner at a moroccan restaurant JF it was a good experience with a tasty food .
So everything was good more than what I expected.

Grounds pleasant
Service poor. I had a number of problems with the room and lack of service in the first 24 hours, and on going poor service. Impossible to get a simple breakfast of muesli, plain low fat yogurt and a banana. Various things on menus not available. Quality of aspects of room poor. All disappointing in what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.
