Location was good but you need a taxi and taxis only take 3. A shuttle should be offered to medina.
The need for small taxis which adds up and lack of a good bar/coffee service after dinner. No pool lifeguard either and breakfast lacked freshly cooked eggs as hardly anyone was there to make it. On our last day not even ingredients. Lots of veg potatoes or rice for breakfast.

The male receptionist was very kind and helpful, and most of the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the swimming pool.
The hotel's décor and colour scheme could be more vibrant. It would also be nice if spa treatments and hammam facilities were available for both men and women, as the hammam was only offered to female guests during our stay.

Great big pool and clean.
Sun beds dirty cushions. Location needs taxis to go to medina and you need 2 as they inly take 3 if you are 4 you need 2. No live music or have a nice drink or coffee after meals was like ghost town.
