The beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful. The designated parking to each guest was good.
I found long hair in my room, on the bed and in the bathroom. I didn't want to make a big deal about it as we were only staying there for one night and I didn't have time to go back and forth with the housekeeping team about this. Not worth it.

Barceló Fès Médina is an excellent hotel with clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The facilities were great, the location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. Khadija was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensured we had a fantastic experience.
