Deluxe hotel with great pool area in a great location in the new part of Fes (Nouvelle Cite). Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby and beautiful, green boulevard to walk on in the evening. Just 10mn away from the medina and Royal Palace. Everything was super comfortable and enjoyable. We opted not to stay in the medina and were very happy with the location and all services provided. Highly recommend.
Wifi required a different code per user/device and was awkward to have to ask reception twice for help as couldn't get it to work. It would have been nice to have fresh mint tea included in the price and fresh orange juice at breakfast as both were charged separately. Breakfast was great except for the lack of fresh fruit juice.

Hotel was amazing would definitely recommend staying. We booked 30mins before arriving and they allowed us to check in early at around midday no extra charge.
The staff were all amazing including the reception staff, especially iman, the porters, pool staff and servers and cleaners.
The facilities were clean and nice and the rooms were also very clean and nice and had all the amenities and housekeeping staff were very thorough and came every day and did a good job.
The pool was also very clean and the staff there were amazing. Although it has opening and closing times they were open quite long and you could stay longer too.
The food options were great and it all tasted very nice and there was lots of it and the whole place seemed very clean and Tidy.
Location is also very good with lots of shops and restaurants all around the hotel and lots of easy places to get taxis and great shops within walking distance. The security guard outside was also very helpful and definitely made the whole place seem a lot more secure and safe
They also allowed us to check out late with no cost which was amazing and the receptionists and managers were amazing and very helpful and accommodating with anything we wanted.
Overall amazing hotel and amazing stay would definitely recommend
