We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vooral de hamam was heerlijk! De meiden namen echt alle tijd voor ons en we kregen een hele fijne en ontspannen behandeling. We voelden ons echt verwend. Zeker een aanrader!
Eigenlijk niets, alles was naar wens.

Everything generally OK
Air conditioning could be better, in one of our rooms the air con didn’t work. The booking process at the hotel ignored our requirement for twin rooms.

the room was fine and the staff were nice and helpful.
When I arrived, my room was not ready although I had already advised earlier on my arrtival time, one hour walk away later, it was still not ready. They could've really pushed check-in time to when it would've been ready and I would've checked in later.
