Friendly and helpful staff, clean, and felt safe in our room. Vending machine for snacks and drinks was nice.
The staff were helpful, but were not familiar with ‘Stay’ as a hostel (were confused when we said we had a booking about what ´Stay Centro’ was). Finally showed our booking and they let us in. Thought we could pay by card as indicated on site but when arrived only by cash. The rooms were simple but clean. However, the one towel had a massive gaping hole in it which is a bit odd. Biggest complaint is that there was no soap except for one wrapped in a bar, which we were charged for using at checkout as an add-on. Feel like soap should be included in a stay.
